This market is about whether Steve Whitcoff and Jared Kushner will visit Moscow by the end of August 2026. YES -- The market resolves to YES if it is confirmed that both Steve Whitcoff and Jared Kushner have personally arrived in Moscow by the deadline. NO -- The market resolves to NO if only one of them arrives in Moscow by the deadline, if the visit takes place in another city in Russia, if there is only an online meeting, or if the visit is not confirmed. Resolution source: Official statements from the Kremlin, the Russian Foreign Ministry, the White House / U.S. administration, or confirmations from major media outlets: Reuters, AP, Bloomberg, FT. Resolution details: Only physical presence in Moscow counts. The purpose of the visit does not matter.
