This market is about whether a player who started the match on the bench and came onto the field during the game will score a goal for the French national team. The market resolves according to the official match protocol. End date: After the corresponding match of France has concluded. YES: The market resolves to YES if any player from the French national team who came on as a substitute scores an officially recognized goal in this match. NO: The market resolves to NO if no French player who came on as a substitute scores a goal. Resolution source: Official FIFA protocol, official match report, FIFA match statistics. Resolution details: A player is considered to have “come on as a substitute” if they were not in the starting lineup for France and officially entered the game in place of another player. Goals scored during regular time, added time, and extra time (if played) are counted. Goals scored in a penalty shootout are not counted. An own goal by the opponent is not considered a goal by the French player, even if it was created after their shot/pass.
