YES -- The market resolves to YES if the Central Bank of Russia announces a decrease in the key rate compared to the level that was in effect before the meeting on July 24. NO -- The market resolves to NO if the rate is kept unchanged, increased, or if the decision is not published on July 24. Resolution source: Official press release from the Bank of Russia: cbr.ru. Resolution details: Only the official decision of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Russia regarding the key rate is taken into account. The amount of the decrease does not matter.
