The market resolves to YES if: The Bank of Russia announces the key rate at 14.00% or lower on June 19, 2026. The market resolves to NO if: The key rate remains above 14.00%, including scenarios of 14.25%, 14.50%, an increase, or any other value above 14.00%. Resolution date: June 19, 2026, after the publication of the Bank of Russia's press release. Resolution source: The official press release from the Bank of Russia regarding the key rate.
